Before placing a call
- Use SpareMe only for ordinary calls to U.S. businesses.
- By submitting the number, you confirm that it belongs to a business. You are responsible for that confirmation.
- Use your verified caller identity and accurately describe what you need.
- Do not submit passwords, full Social Security numbers, card security codes, or one-time passcodes.
During a call
SpareMe identifies itself as your assistant and announces transcription. Your private purpose is not read in that opening. Keep the app available to follow the speaker-labeled transcript, send a private instruction, answer a blocking prompt, join, or end the call. Transcription can be inaccurate, so review important names, amounts, dates, and confirmation numbers.
Account deletion
Open Settings in SpareMe and choose Delete account. This begins deletion of app account and call data, subject to limited security, transaction, legal, and recipient-suppression retention. Afterward, follow the displayed instructions to revoke SpareMe under Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.
Report an unwanted call
If you received an unwanted SpareMe call, email us with the date, approximate time, and destination number. Do not include passwords, card details, or other secrets. We will use the minimum information necessary to investigate and maintain suppression.
Response information
Email support is monitored on business days. Include your app version and a short description of what happened. Never email credentials or payment-card details.
Policies
Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the service rules and data practices.
