This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you; verify caller identity; place and operate authorized calls; generate transcription and speech; show call state; follow your instructions; produce evidence-backed outcomes; deliver notifications; maintain balances and purchases; operate the website waitlist; prevent abuse; honor suppression requests; secure, debug, and improve the service; provide support; and comply with law.
SpareMe does not send call purpose, transcript, attachments, phone numbers, account problems, contacted businesses, or outcomes to advertisers for ad targeting. SpareMe does not use cross-app tracking and does not sell personal data.
3. Service providers
Information is processed by providers that help operate SpareMe, including Apple for sign-in, notifications, distribution, and purchases; telephony and call-routing providers such as Twilio; speech providers such as Deepgram and ElevenLabs; OpenAI for language-model processing; and hosting, database, security, and operational providers such as Vercel, Cloudflare, and Railway. These providers process information under their own contracts and settings. Their retention may differ from SpareMe's application-level retention.
Call content is not used to train first- or third-party models by default.
4. Retention
SpareMe is designed to automatically delete redacted transcript text from its application storage no later than 30 days after capture. Outcome summaries, evidence, reference numbers, commitments, ledger records, security records, and suppression records may be kept longer as needed to provide the service, prevent unwanted calls, resolve disputes, comply with law, and maintain accurate transaction history. Provider systems may retain operational or abuse-monitoring data under their contracts and settings, including periods of up to 30 days for some services.
Waitlist information is kept until launch updates are complete, you unsubscribe, or you ask us to delete it, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Security and sensitive information
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, full Social Security numbers, payment-card security codes, or one-time passcodes. SpareMe is designed to reject or redact prohibited secrets and does not intentionally retain raw call audio.
6. Your choices and rights
You can review call records in the app, change notification settings, end a call, and initiate account deletion in Settings. After deletion, the app provides instructions for revoking SpareMe under Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of applicable information by contacting us. You may also unsubscribe from waitlist messages or ask us to remove your waitlist email. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
7. Recipient rights and suppression
A recipient may refuse processing or ask not to be called. SpareMe ends the call and may retain the destination in a suppression record so future calls can be prevented. Recipients may contact us about a call or suppression record.
8. Children
SpareMe is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
9. United States service
SpareMe is currently offered in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be presented through the app or website and the effective date will be updated.
For privacy questions, waitlist deletion, or other requests, email niravsurabhi@gmail.com. Include “Privacy request” in the subject line. For call-related requests, include only the minimum information needed to locate the call; do not email passwords or payment-card details.
