Terms of Use

Effective August 9, 2026 · Version terms-2026-08-09

These Terms govern your use of SpareMe, an AI-assisted service that places calls to U.S. businesses at your direction.

Important: SpareMe identifies itself as your assistant and announces transcription. Your private purpose is not read in the opening, but it may be discussed afterward as needed to perform the task.

1. Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18, located in the United States, and able to enter a binding agreement. By creating an account or using SpareMe, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies when you obtain the app through Apple.

2. What SpareMe does

SpareMe can place an AI-assisted call for an ordinary, non-regulated business purpose, show a live transcript, receive private instructions, ask you to answer a blocking question, and let you join or end the call. Availability, ad fill, recipient cooperation, transcription accuracy, call duration, and the requested result are not guaranteed.

3. Your call authorization

You appoint SpareMe as your limited agent solely to attempt the task you submit. You authorize SpareMe and its providers to place the call, identify SpareMe as your assistant, announce transcription, process the conversation, and take only the actions allowed in the app.

By submitting a destination, you confirm it is a U.S. business number and you have a lawful reason and all authority or permission needed for the call. SpareMe does not independently verify business ownership, and a public listing alone does not establish that a call is lawful.

4. Supported and prohibited uses

SpareMe supports ordinary business tasks such as information, scheduling, account or existing-order support, returns, refunds, warranty matters, billing questions, and cancellations.

You may not use SpareMe for emergencies; healthcare, financial, government, legal, debt-collection, or telecom-plan matters; purchases or new orders; payment-card activity; regulated or age-restricted goods; identity or security attestations; personal or social calls; harassment, pranks, threats, deception, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, unwanted solicitation; or any unlawful call or call contrary to a recipient's request.

SpareMe may reject, stop, or suppress a call when a task is unsupported, authorization is missing, a recipient refuses, abuse controls trigger, or continued operation may be unlawful or unsafe.

5. Calls, transcription, and participation

The assistant begins with an identity notice that states the call is transcribed and that you may be listening. The transcript may contain errors. You may listen to a live call in the app without joining it; listening is one-way and does not record the call. You must monitor when clarification or personal participation may be needed. You may not instruct SpareMe to conceal its identity, make false statements, provide prohibited secrets, evade verification, or override safeguards. A recipient may end the call or ask not to be called again at any time.

6. Outcomes and reliance

Outcomes are reported from evidence captured during a call, but SpareMe cannot guarantee that a business will honor a statement or complete a later action. Review transcripts, summaries, reference numbers, and written confirmations. SpareMe is not a lawyer, healthcare provider, financial adviser, emergency service, or government representative.

7. Call time, metering, and grace

Call time is an estimate backed by a source-attributed ledger. Each production account receives one 30-minute welcome grant under the current launch promotion; repeated sign-in or account manipulation does not create additional grants. Conversation and detected hold may consume time at different displayed rates. A bounded grace allowance may keep a call connected long enough to end safely; another call may be blocked until the balance is restored. Qualifying platform-caused failures may receive a proportional time restoration. Call time does not expire while an account remains active, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is usable only in SpareMe.

8. Purchases and refunds

If offered, call-time purchases are processed by Apple through in-app purchase and are subject to Apple's payment, tax, family-sharing, and refund rules. Prices and included time are shown before purchase. SpareMe does not receive complete payment-card details. Purchased time is added only after server verification of the StoreKit transaction. Duplicate, revoked, or unverifiable transactions do not create additional value.

Apple decides App Store purchase refund requests. A refund or revocation may remove associated unused value where permitted, but ledger history remains for transaction integrity. Deleting an account does not automatically create a cash refund.

9. Rewarded ads

Where available, you may affirmatively choose “Watch an ad · add 10 minutes.” Completing the rewarded placement and passing the ad network's server verification adds exactly 10 minutes of non-transferable SpareMe call time. Up to 12 completions or 120 rewarded minutes may be earned in a rolling 24-hour period. When an active call reaches about five conversation minutes remaining, SpareMe may send a time-sensitive notification and show this option in the active-call screen. The call remains connected while the ad is shown, subject to provider availability and bounded safe-ending rules.

You do not need to click, install, purchase, or provide information to earn the stated reward. Closing before the ad reaches its reward event earns nothing and does not impede normal use. Ad availability is not guaranteed. A verified reward may take a short time to appear, but SpareMe remains responsible for delivering it. Duplicate, forged, expired, or over-cap callbacks grant no additional time.

You may not automate, repeatedly manipulate, or misrepresent ad activity, use another person's account, or interfere with verification. We may suspend future ad access while investigating invalid traffic. Earned time has no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed outside SpareMe, and cannot be used to buy real-world goods or services.

One 10-minute reward has an estimated comparable retail value of approximately $3.00 to $3.50, calculated from the current U.S. call-time packs. SpareMe expects at least $0.020 in gross ad revenue per filled impression at its configured floor while providing about $1.25 of modeled service capacity per reward; this is a subsidized launch offer, and actual ad revenue, cost, and value vary. You opt in separately to each offer and may withdraw by not selecting another offer; declining does not reduce normal app access or previously earned time. The Privacy Policy identifies the limited ad data involved and provides the notice that applies where a state treats this arrangement as a financial incentive, price or service difference, or similar program.

10. Passive ads and third-party content

A silent banner may appear beside the transcript. It never grants call time, enters the call, or intentionally obscures transcript, join, end, privacy, or safety controls. Advertisements are third-party content and do not constitute SpareMe's endorsement. Use the ad's controls to report inappropriate advertising and contact us if a report cannot be made.

11. Your account and deletion

Keep your device and account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. You may initiate deletion in Settings. Limited records may remain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction integrity, and recipient suppression. Remaining call time is non-transferable and does not create an automatic refund upon deletion.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, invalid ad activity, legal or provider requirements, security concerns, or service discontinuation. You may stop using SpareMe and delete your account at any time.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpareMe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, ad availability, or a particular call outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpareMe and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from an inaccurate transcript or unfulfilled recipient statement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be presented through the app or site and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
